Reducing Fraction
When I'm teaching my students to reduce fractions, I try to keep it as simple as possible. I give them the numbers: 2, 3, 5, 7 and tell them to start with 2 and etc. It gives them a clear direction and is very easy to think about. Does anyone have any other methods they use?
